We ship everything for a flat rate of €5.95. Is your order over €100? Then we'll ship it to you FREE !
Are you sending a return? Then these costs are your responsibility. If your return falls below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping costs.
Are you still not satisfied with an item? No problem, it happens.
Make sure you always register and return your return within 14 days.
Returns outside the return period will no longer be processed.
Returns, how do they work?
Please register your return within the return period via this page by completing the return form at the bottom. After registering your return, you don't have to wait for confirmation. We won't send you a return label either. You can take your package directly to PostNL or to a DHL point if that's easier for you. Don't forget to include the packing slip in your return package, otherwise we won't know who the package is from.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns that are not registered via the returns form at the bottom of this page and/or that are not registered within the returns period, can no longer be processed.
How can you best prevent a return?
First and foremost, we ask that you shop consciously. Unsure about your size or having trouble figuring it out? Feel free to send us a message. We're happy to help you find the right item or size. This way, we can work together to ensure your order is exactly what you want and minimize the risk of returns. This also saves you on return shipping. We always offer honest advice, including on styling and material choices.
♥Are you trying on items at home? Always try on the items with shoes on—it looks so much better!
Please read this carefully before you return the item:
♥ Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned!
♥ Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn. Fit is OK! We do NOT accept returns for items worn for one day.
♥ Make sure the clothing is neatly folded and properly packaged. If the product is damaged or the clothing is returned carelessly, we may charge you for the depreciation. Therefore, please handle the product with care. We may charge a fee for damaged or wrinkled clothing.
♥Once we've received and inspected a return, we'll refund the amount within 14 days. We often do this much sooner, usually within a few days. Haven't received a Mollie refund after 14 days? Please send us an email! We'd prefer not to do it sooner, as it would require a lot of unnecessary extra work.
We do NOT accept returns for the following items:
♥ clothes that have been worn (trying them on is no problem)
♥ clothes that have been sold on SALE
♥ clothes that smell of perfume, food or smoke
♥ clothes with makeup and pet hair
♥ fold the clothes neatly
You can also exchange an item, but only if we have the size you need in stock. The best way to do this is to send us an email or a DM on Instagram. We can double-check our inventory and are happy to discuss your options.
♥ DAILY DEAL ITEMS AND SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED!
♥ We won't send you a confirmation after receiving your return. The refund will be processed through Mollie. If you search your bank statements for our return, you'll find it under Mollie, not PanterShop. Haven't received a Mollie refund after 14 days? Please send us an email.
Always include the packing slip! This way, we can process your return faster and refund your money sooner.
